Please note that we travel to you, we do not have an office where we see our clients, as we are an entirely mobile service.
You choose the location and time that works best for your situation.
We help lenders in the final stage of loans
We bring documents to the borrower, assist them in the proper execution of each document, notarize where needed and then return the documents to the lender by the overnight carrier.
We also serve as your neighborhood notary. Notarizing school forms, permission slips, consents and performing simple marriage ceremonies and executing the certificate of marriage for you at your convenience.

A Florida Notary Public who is not an attorney is not licensed to practice law in Florida and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. A Notary Public is prohibited by law to act in the capacity of an attorney, give advice in preparing legal documents, issue identification cards, distribute confidential information. A Florida notary may not perform any notarial act unless the signer is present.

A mobile notary is a notary public who is mobile and travels to clients. Typically a mobile notary goes to anywhere from one to eight places per day and notarize a single signature, or do a loan signing at any particular stop. I started doing loan signings in 2002.

24 hour advance notice is desired. When 24 hour notice isn’t possible, we will do our best to work you into our schedule but there are times when we cannot. Rush charges may apply if you need our services with less than 24 hours notice. We will do our best to accommodate your needs without a rush fee when we can.

A rush fee may also be applied for after hours and weekend appointments.

Travel fees are determined by where I have to go to meet a client and the number and type of non-notarized documents such as witnessed documents. 14 minutes of wait time is included in these rates. These rates can also be used to determine rates for other services based on a scheduled turnaround. Rush fees may apply.

Notary Signature and Seal

Fees for signatures are controlled by the State of Florida.

• Acknowledgments - $10.00.

• Oaths or affirmations - $10.00.

• Jurats - $10.00.

• Protests - $10.00.

• Copy Certifications - $10.00.

• Solemnizing a Marriage - $30.00.

• Verifying a VIN - $20.00.

Travel fees are in addition to notary fees.

Witnessing and other Documents

Additional time spent for witnessing, ID verification and other tasks which are not direct notary transactions will incur hourly charges at a rate of $50.00 per hour billed in .25 hour increments. A minimum non-notary charge is $12.50 for 15 minutes and is in addition to any charges for travel and notary transactions.

Real Estate / Loans

The rates shown on this site do not apply to Real Estate Closings. Real Estate closings require additional services which are outside of notary duties. Real Estate packages range from $100 – $175 plus additional expenses for late scheduling. Call for information.
